According to Medical News Today, drinking water has many benefits, including lubricating joints, delivering oxygen across the body, improving skin health and regulating body temperature. To be honest, drinking water has been something I have struggled with for many years. Only lately have I figured out a system that works for me (i.e. fill my water canister in work when I put my lunch in the fridge and put it on my desk where I can see and remember). 
 

Question(s): What does your water consumption look like on a daily basis?

Action: Experiment some water drinking triggers for you across the day (e.g. when you hop in your car or when the news comes on the radio).
