Week 103 - The Happiness Equation
"... our happiness in any given moment is a function of our reality minus our expectations.” (Stulberg)​

In his book, Master of Change, Brad Stulberg highlights that experimenting with our expectations can have a significant influence on how we feel. Apparently, internationally, the happiest countries are not necessarily populated with citizens living "better" lives, but with people who have lower expectations.
