Week 94 - Taking control

Over the last number of years, a growing awareness around what is within my control and what is outside my control has increased my peace of mind on a daily basis. I am gradually coming to terms with this and I have found that it makes life a little easier for me:
The types of things that are within my control include my opinions, choices, perceptions, assumptions, etc.
The types of things that are outside my control include other people's opinions, perceptions, assumptions, etc.
