There is no conversation with another, book or podcast that is not going to recommend that you ensure that you are taking the right amount of time to recuperate. Along with a number of other key ingredients (e.g. balanced diet), rest and replenishment provide us with the fuel to move in the right direction.

Question: When you think of "rest and replenishment", what comes to mind for you?

Action: Next time you're idle this week (e.g. reach for your phone to scroll), Julie Smith recommends stepping outside to get some air or finding a quiet place to close your eyes for five minutes instead.
