I understand that different parts of the body provide information at different times and in different ways to different individuals. Lately, I have come to realise that my neck and shoulders give me the greatest amount of information around feeling some kind of pressure. As soon as my hand starts moving to the back of these areas, I know it’s time to pause, take a deep breath and get myself grounded to help me focus.
