Week 111 - No regrets?

younger older.jpeg

"We all want to live deeply so our lives are not wasted and when death comes we won't have any regrets.” (Thich Nhat Hanh)

It seems fair enough to suggest that we would all like to arrive at old age, look back on our lives and hold no regrets. As a result, it seems worthwhile to question the steps we're taking to ensure that we occupy this regret free space down the line.

Question(s): What advice would your 90 year old self whisper to your current self?

Action: Ask for some life advice from someone far younger than you.
