What's happening here? 

In this space on the website, I'll be sharing short weekly newsletters.

What will the newsletters include? 

The plan is to share a drawing, quotation, explanation, question and action. These will have emerged from recent research and reflection.

Why bother reading this?

Each of the additions to the page will be based on some sort of idea that I have found helpful for myself and/or in my interactions with others.

How long do I need to commit to this process?

The hope is that your engagement with each newsletter will last somewhere between 45 seconds and 45 days (approximately).
