Week 82 - Hand me some tape
"Those who get angry when you set a boundary are the ones you need to set boundaries for.” (Wolfe)

Maybe it’s an Irish thing, but a number of conversations with others over the past few weeks have got me thinking about the boundaries (or lack of boundaries) we set with those around us. As an example of this, we can often agree to doing things for others, even though we know that these things could significantly inconvenience us in the process (e.g. put us under pressure or eat into our own leisure time).

Question: What do you regularly agree to, but just doesn’t feel right?

Action: Practise saying no; it’s a full sentence, apparently.
