Week 53 - A right good chat

In a previous newsletter, I highlighted the importance of identifying the people that can support you in different areas of your life (e.g. career), similar to a board of directors. More significant is the power of having someone to connect with over a free-flowing conversation, where you can be open and honest and you always feel listened to. Chats with these people often leave us energised.

Question: Who in your circle of friends and/or family do you most enjoy chatting with? How much space do you create for these chats on a daily/weekly basis?

​

Action: Make contact with one of the people above and arrange to meet, perhaps for a cup of coffee or a stroll.
