I've highlighted in the past that silence is a powerful approach to developing positive relationships. Furthermore, in his book, Discipline is Destiny, Ryan Holiday explores the importance of staying curious in our interactions with others. The power of asking questions as an alternative to constantly giving opinions and advice can't be overstated.
