Week 98 - A mind full of apples
"Surely we can maintain focus for the amount of time it takes to eat just one apple?"​

I've attended a number of different mindfulness courses (I'm trying!) and there has always been a focus on starting with something very small. Typically, the emphasis is on trying to stay tuned into the everyday actions associated with daily habits (e.g. showering, washing the dishes, ironing shirts and/or eating something).

Question(s): How tuned into any given actions of yours are you across the day?
​
Action: Start by trying to eat some fruit (e.g. an apple) with a complete focus on the process.
